MY MAGNUM CREATED FOR HALSEY

To mark our collaboration with Halsey, we’ve designed a luxurious ice cream recipe to match her bold, fearless personality. Using Magnum Ruby, this white chocolate floral creation isn’t your garden variety.

Velvety white chocolate ice cream with a luscious raspberry swirl is drizzled with dark chocolate, topped with sesame seeds, then adorned with pink jelly diamonds and edible sugar flowers. Make your own Magnum x Halsey at home.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Magnum Ruby Ice Cream
  • 3 Dark Chocolate Squares
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Pink Jelly Diamonds
  • Edible Sugar Flowers

GET READY...

Make sure you have all your equipment ready to go:

  • teaspoon
  • small plate
  • heatproof or microwave safe bowl

MELT IT...

In the microwave:

  • Pour chocolate drops into a microwave safe bowl and place into the microwave.
  • Melt chocolate drops at 800-1000W temperature.
  • Take chocolate drops out of the microwave every 15-20 seconds and stir well.
  • Repeat until all the chocolate is melted and texture is smooth.

On the hob:

  • Pour chocolate drops into a heatproof bowl.
  • Sit over a pan of barely simmering water (a bain marie) and allow the chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally.
  • Once smooth, your chocolate is ready to use!

DRIZZLE IT...

  • Unwrap your Magnum Ruby ice cream and rest on a plate.
  • To drizzle melted chocolate over your ice cream, hold the spoon approx. 12cm – 20cm above the plate and move the spoon back and forth across your ice cream.
  • Tip: For the smoothest lines, try to do this fairly quickly.

TOP IT...

  • Pour your toppings onto the melted chocolate drizzle before it dries.
  • To help hold your toppings in place, drizzle more chocolate over the top of your Magnum – try to get nice clean smooth lines across your ice cream.
