Magnum Spot the Difference Game

 

1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. To enter, play the spot the difference game on https://www.magnumicecream.com/uk/spotthedifference and find the four differences and insert your full name and email address.

3. The opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/01/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST 31/03/2024 or when all available coupons have been redeemed.

4. The promotion is limited to one entry per phone number. No entrant may win more than one prize.

5. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

6. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

7. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

8. There are 30,000 coupons available to win. Each winner will win:

• 1 x digital coupon with a value of £4 to be redeemed at participating Co-op or Tesco stores against x1 Magnum 3 packs (Classic, White, Almond, Mint and Salted Caramel).

9. To redeem a voucher, you will receive an SMS/text message to the mobile telephone number provided with a unique link to a digital voucher.

10. In the event that the price of the Magnum 3 pack exceeds the maximum coupon amount of £4, the difference must be paid by the consumer.

11. The first 30,000 valid entries received on or before the closing date will receive a digital coupon. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. Only one original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used per person and per transaction at participating Co-op or Tesco stores. Coupon is not redeemable online.

13. The selected products are subject to availability at participating Co-op or Tesco stores. If none of the selected products are available, this coupon cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the digital coupon against any other product, as refusal to accept may cause embarrassment and delay at the checkout.

14. Co-op and Tesco remain free at all times to set their own prices.

15.This digital coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon offer, but it can be used alongside in store promotions. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

16. Coupon void if altered or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.

17. By signing up for a coupon you are accepting to receive an SMS/text message containing the digital coupon link.

18. The winners details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Magnum, Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames KT1 2BA within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.

19. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

20. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
