CHOCOLATE TOASTED COCONUT BARS

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips, melted
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
  • 1 pkg. Magnum® Double Chocolate Ice Cream Bars, (3 bars)

Directions

  • 1 Put melted chocolate into a small deep bowl or glass. Spread toasted coconut on a plate.
  • 2 Dip Magnum® Double Chocolate Ice Cream Bars ¾ of the way into melted chocolate, then roll in toasted coconut to cover chocolate.
  • 3 Freeze until ready to serve.
