Magnum Mini Classic Mug Cake
- Prep time- 10 mins 
- Serves- 1 person 
 
 
            Ingredients
- 30 g self-raising flour 
 
- 37 g caster sugar 
- 16 g cocoa powder 
- 1 egg 
- 45 ml neutral oil 
- 2.5 ml milk 
- 2.5 ml vanilla extract 
- 50 g chocolate chips/or chocolate broken up 
- Pinch of salt 
- Salted caramel sauce (for topping) 
Directions
1. Add the flour, salt, caster sugar and cocoa powder to a mug and mix. Add the egg and stir until the mix is smooth.
2. Add the oil, milk and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
3. Place the mug in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, until the cake has risen.
4. Add in your Magnum Mini, drizzle with the salted caramel sauce. – and enjoy!
