Magnum French toast & berries

Ingredients
2 slices Brioche loaf
25 g raspberries
25 g blueberries
2 eggs
100 ml milk
Sugar
Maple syrup
Frying oil or butter
Directions
Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl together with 2 spoons of sugar
Heat a frying pan at medium heat and add some oil
Soak the brioche slices in the egg mixture and add them to the pan
Pan fry quickly, and when it starts to color flip the breads around
Remove from pan and place them on a plate
Take a Magnum Magnum Double Salted Caramel Pint
Add a generous scoop of Magnum on top
Decorate with the berries and a drizzle maple syrup and serve
