Magnum Classic Ice Cream Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients
4-5 scoops of Magnum Classic ice cream
2 croissants
15 g butter
40 g honey
250 g melted dark chocolate
Directions
1. Slice open both croissants and roll them out using a rolling pin so they are a little less puffy.
2. Then, add the butter to a frying pan on a medium to high heat until it melts. When the butter is ready, add the croissants and fry on both sides, pressing down gently until crispy.
3. While you’re frying on both sides, drizzle the honey and sprinkle the sugar on both sides until they caramelise. Once you’re happy, remove the croissants and leave them to cool for a few minutes.
4. Lastly, add a couple of scoops of the Magnum Classic ice cream on top of one of the croissants, and place the other croissant on top. And there you have your Ice Cream Croissant Sandwich – enjoy!
