Magnum x ASDA x ODEON GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION T&Cs

 

 

     1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion

How to Enter

     2. To enter:

            a. Purchase a pack of Magnum Bonbons from ASDA either in-store or online during the Promotion Period;

            b. Scan the QR code in store or Visit www.magnumicecream.com/uk/claim-your-voucher;

            c. Complete the online form using your full name, email address and home address. Enter batch code, confirmation of the batch codes for products in market will be completed. Batch codes are found on the product's label or packaging, such as on the side, bottom, or near the expiration date. They can also be printed on the container itself, on lids, or on seals.

            d. Once your purchase is verified, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your £5 Odeon Voucher which can ONLY be redeemed against an Odeon Sharer Combo (RRP £16.99) is on it’s way.

     3. Promotion Period: The opening date for entries is 12:00 GMT on 13/11/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 31/12/2025, or upon the distribution of all 4,000 £5 Odeon Food & Drink vouchers, whichever occurs earlier. No entries shall be accepted outside of this period.

     4. Purchase is needed. Entrants need to enter the products batch code on entry. 

Entry Requirements

     5.The promotion is limited to one entry per household. No household may receive more than one gift.

    6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

    7. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

    8. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Voucher

    9. There are 4,000 x £5 Odeon Food & Drink Vouchers which can ONLY be redeemed against an Odeon Sharer Combo (RRP £16.99) in total. While stocks last. GWP is ASDA exclusive. Voucher duration (3 weeks)

Voucher Allocation

    10 .The first 4,000 claimants will receive 1 x £5 Odeon Food & Drink Voucher which can ONLY be redeemed against an Odeon Sharer Combo (RRP £16.99). Once all vouchers have been awarded you will no longer be eligible to claim a voucher.

    11. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the voucher for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. 

    12. The voucher will automatically be dispatched to your email address within 72 working hours of receiving the confirmation email. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will notify the entrant by email and provide an updated delivery timeframe. 

    13. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate. If the voucher is returned as undelivered, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the undelivered gift to a substitute entrant selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

    14.Following receipt of the voucher, entrants may be invited to submit a product review. Submission of a review is optional. By uploading any content in connection with the review, entrants grant The Magnum Ice Cream Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content across its digital and social media platforms, websites, and other promotional channels. Entrants confirm that any content submitted is original and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

General Terms

    15. Entrants’ personal data collected for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s privacy notice, available at https://corporate.magnumicecream.com/en/notices/privacy/united-kingdom-english.html

    16. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
