MAGNUM eVOUCHER CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

VALID for Sign-up 00:01 GMT 27/02/2026 – 23:59 GMT 27/02/2026. Valid to claim eVoucher upon receipt of the “Schedule the Sun” message between 00:01 GMT 27/02/2026 – 23:59 GMT 02/03/2026. Valid for in-store redemption within 7 days of claim and receipt of eVoucher link, latest 23:59 GMT 16/03/2026 or upon redemption of all 5,000 eVouchers, whichever comes first.

The Promoter and Data Controller of this eVoucher campaign is Magnum ICC UK Limited. 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames, United Kingdom, KT1 2BA.

 

1. This Promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 16 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. The Promotion is limited to one entry per email and phone number. A maximum of one eVoucher can be claimed per person, per mobile number. A cap of 15 has been placed on entries from the same IP address. 

3. There will be a total of 5,000 eVouchers offered throughout the Promotion Period.

 

To participate:

        4. Consumer must access the campaign through the promotional ad on YouTube, or by scanning the QR code displayed on the promotional outdoor advertising material to complete the initial sign-up form between 00:01 GMT 27/02/2026 – 23:59 GMT 27/02/2026, providing:

- First name;

- Last name;

- Email address; and

- Location in London

        5. After submitting the Sign-up form, participants will receive a “Schedule the Sun” message on email they entered during sign-up within 3 days with a link to a form to claim their eVoucher (before 02/03). Participants will need to fill this in within a week of receiving the ‘schedule the sun’ message, on or before 09/03/2026 or upon redemption of all 5,000 eVouchers, whichever comes first with the following information:

a. Mobile number; and

b. Retailer of choice

 

Submit your entry by clicking the ‘SUBMIT button.

        6. Once you have submitted the eVoucher claim form, you will receive a text message from MAGNUM containing a link to redeem your eVoucher. 

 

To Redeem Your Digital eVoucher in Participating Retailers:

        7. Once you have received the digital eVoucher link via text, you will have exactly 7 days from the time of receipt in which to use your eVoucher before it expires.

        8. To use the eVoucher in-store, you will need to click the link in the text message and select “activate” to activate your eVoucher. Once the eVoucher is activated you will have 60 minutes in which to use it. Please only activate the eVoucher once you are at the tills and ready to pay to avoid eVoucher expiry and disappointment.

    9. The original digital eVoucher (not a copy) can be used to redeem £2 from a Qualifying Product (outlined at Clause 11) in-store (excluding petrol stations and online) at a participating UK Retailer store listed below.

    12. All of the Qualifying Products included in the promotion (outlined at [clause 11) are subject to availability at participating retailer stores. If none of the selected products are available, this eVoucher cannot be used against any other product as an alternative.  Please do not attempt to redeem the digital eVoucher against any other product. 

    13. The promotion for sign-up closes at 23:59 GMT on 27/02/2026.  A maximum of 5,000x £2 eVouchers will be available for redemption from the Promoter between 00:01 GMT on 27/02/2026 and 23:59 GMT on 09/03/2026. The promotion for eVoucher claims ends at 23:59 GMT on 16/03/2026 or when all 5,000 eVouchers have been redeemed, whichever comes first

    14. This eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other eVoucher offer, but it can be used alongside in store promotions. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

    15. This eVoucher may not be auctioned, sold, traded, transferred, or assigned. 

    16. eVoucher is void if altered, photocopied or reproduced (whole or part).  Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence. 

    17. Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment for eVouchers if it has reason to believe that they have been accepted other than in accordance with these terms.

    18. The Promoter, TMICC, reserves the right to terminate this offer early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control. 

    19. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent.     20. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
