1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must obtain their employer’s consent to enter.

2. To enter, visit https://www.magnumicecream.com/uk/stories/campaigns/magnum-bonbon/magnum-bonbon-competition-2024.html, and enter your details (first name, last name and email address) for a chance of winning 1x branded Magnum Bonbon freezer bag and 3x Magnum coupons worth £5.00 each, which can be redeemed in participating stores for purchase of any Magnum product. 

3. As part of the entry process, you will be presented with a non-mandatory Q&A. Participation in the Q&A is optional and will not affect your entry or chances of winning.

4. No purchase necessary, however, internet access and a valid email address are required. 

5. The opening date for entries is 17:00 BST on 11/10/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 18:00 GMT on 31/12/2024.

6. The promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.

7. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

8. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). 

9. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

10. There will be one winner who will be selected at random from all entries. The winner will receive 3 x £5.00 coupons which can be redeemed against any Magnum Ice Cream product in participating stores, and 1x branded Magnum Bonbon freezer bag. 

11. The participating stores are Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Co-op, and Iceland.

12. The coupons can be used in conjunction with other coupons, discounts or promotional offers, unless otherwise stated. 

13. The coupons are valid until 31 August 2025. After this date, the coupons will expire and cannot be redeemed.

14. The coupons may not be sold, auctioned, traded, transferred, or assigned.

15. The coupons will be void if altered, photocopied or reproduced (whole or part).  Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.   

16. The winner will not receive any refund if the full £5.00 per coupon is not used. 

17. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.

18. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The winner will be selected on 09 January 2025 (“Winner Selection”). The first entry drawn at random will win the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

19. The winner will be notified by email from magnum.uk@unilever.com within 30 days of the Winner Selection. The winners must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within 28 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

20. The winners’ details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk within ten (10) weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE. 

21. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

22. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
