My Magnum created for Halsey
Multi-platinum singer, songwriter and activist, Halsey, has partnered with Magnum ice cream to bring a taste of the iconic Pleasure Store experience to Magnum fans at home, debuting a boldly creative take on Magnum’s Ruby ice cream.
Velvety white chocolate ice cream with a luscious raspberry swirl is drizzled with dark chocolate, topped with sesame seeds, then adorned with pink jelly diamonds and edible sugar flowers. Make your own Magnum x Halsey at home.
Magnum Ruby Ice Cream

Make sure you have all your equipment ready to go:
heatproof or microwave safe bowl
In the microwave:
Pour chocolate drops into a microwave safe bowl and place into the microwave.
Melt chocolate drops at 800-1000W temperature.
Take chocolate drops out of the microwave every 15-20 seconds and stir well.
Repeat until all the chocolate is melted and texture is smooth.
On the hob:
Pour chocolate drops into a heatproof bowl.
Sit over a pan of barely simmering water (a bain marie) and allow the chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally.
Once smooth, your chocolate is ready to use!
Unwrap your Magnum Ruby ice cream and rest on a plate.
To drizzle melted chocolate over your ice cream, hold the spoon approx. 12cm – 20cm above the plate and move the spoon back and forth across your ice cream.
Tip: For the smoothest lines, try to do this fairly quickly.
Pour your toppings onto the melted chocolate drizzle before it dries.
To help hold your toppings in place, drizzle more chocolate over the top of your Magnum – try to get nice clean smooth lines across your ice cream.
