Magnum Classic Ice Cream Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients
1 Magnum Classic ice cream stick
2 croissants
15 g butter
40 g honey
250 g melted dark chocolate
Directions
1. Slice open both croissants and roll them out using a rolling pin so they are a little less puffy.
2. Then, add the butter to a frying pan on a medium to high heat until it melts. When the butter is ready, add the croissants and fry on both sides, pressing down gently until crispy.
3. While you’re frying on both sides, drizzle the honey and sprinkle the sugar on both sides until they caramelise. Once you’re happy, remove the croissants and leave them to cool for a few minutes.
4. Lastly, take a Magnum Classic stick, remove it from the stick, and place the ice cream on top of one of the croissants. Then, gently press the other croissant on top to create your Ice Cream Croissant Sandwich – enjoy!
