Magnum chocolate pudding

            Ingredients
100 g dark chocolate, suitable for baking
100 g butter
Raspberries
35 g plain flour
65 g icing sugar
2 eggs
Fresh mint
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 °C
Melt chocolate and butter over a water bath
Mix icing sugar and flour together in a bowl, add the eggs one by one while stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps. Finally add the melted chocolate mixture
Pour mixture in 3 small bowls
Bake the chocolate pudding for 8-10 minutes depending on the oven
 
              The pudding should still be a bit liquid in the middle
 
              Press the Magnum in the pudding
 
              Decorate it with some raspberries, mint, icing sugar and serve
