Magnum chocolate pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Magnum white & cookies
  • 100 g dark chocolate, suitable for baking
  • 100 g butter
  • Raspberries
  • 35 g plain flour
  • 65 g icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Fresh mint

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C
  2. Melt chocolate and butter over a water bath
  3. Mix icing sugar and flour together in a bowl, add the eggs one by one while stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps. Finally add the melted chocolate mixture
  4. Pour mixture in 3 small bowls
  5. Bake the chocolate pudding for 8-10 minutes depending on the oven

  1. The pudding should still be a bit liquid in the middle

  1. Press the Magnum in the pudding

  1. Decorate it with some raspberries, mint, icing sugar and serve
