Layered Double Raspberry Chocolate Cups

Double-Raspberry Chocolate Cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 package (3 bars) Magnum Double Raspberry Bars
  • 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • fresh raspberries, for garnish
  • fresh mint, for garnish

Directions

  1. Deconstruct Magnum® Double Raspberry Bars by removing chocolate shells;

  2. Break into small pieces;

  3. Place in freezer.

  4. Remove raspberry ice cream from bars;

  5. Add to bowl.

  6. In each of two tall glass dessert dishes or glass jars, add graham cracker crumbs, a layer of raspberry ice cream, a layer of raspberry jam and a layer of shredded coconut.

  7. Repeat with graham cracker crumbs, ice cream and jam until the jar is filled.

  8. Top with reserved chocolate pieces.

  9. Garnish each with fresh raspberries and mint.

  10. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
