Matcha parfait made with matcha powder and Magnum Milk Chocolate bars

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tsp ceremonial or premium culinary grade matcha powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Magnum milk chocolate bars, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • Optional: cocoa powder for garnish

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream, matcha powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.

  2. Chop the Magnum bars into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In two serving glasses, layer some chopped Magnum, a generous spoonful of matcha cream, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.

  4. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.

  5. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for a slightly firmer texture.
