  • PIE:
  • 14 whole graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 6 floz caramel ice cream topping, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Crushed pretzels for garnish
  • Edible gold flakes for garnish
  • 6 Magnum® ice cream Double Gold Caramel Bars, (2 boxes)
  • 3 floz caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup edible gold flakes


  1. For PIE, spray bottom and sides of a 9-in. pie plate with no-stick cooking spray.

  2. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly into bottom and 1-in. up the sides of pie plate. Chill crust for 10 minutes.

  3. Pour caramel topping evenly over crust.

  4. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a simmer. Place a heatproof glass bowl on top of the saucepan so it rests just above the simmering water but doesn’t touch it.

  5. Add chocolate chips to the bowl; stir frequently until melted. Once melted, slowly add heavy cream. Whisk until mixture is blended.

  6. Spread chocolate mixture evenly on top of the caramel layer. Chill until set, at least 2 hours.

  7. Let pie sit for 10 minutes to soften. Meanwhile for CARAMEL PRETZEL BARS, drizzle caramel topping evenly over each Magnum® ice cream Double Gold Caramel Bar, then sprinkle with crushed pretzels and edible gold flakes.

  8. To serve, cut pie into wedges and place on serving plates along with Ice Cream Bars. Drizzle pie wedges with caramel topping, then sprinkle with crushed pretzels and edible gold flakes.
